TERMS
According to the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the owner of an online store is required to clearly state the terms of product delivery and return, as well as the right of withdrawal. These conditions form what is known as a distance contract (in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers regulations).
DISTANCE CONTRACT
The seller of goods offered in this online store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, on one side, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other side, enter into this Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.
Delivery and Payment Terms
The Buyer places an order for goods through this website by specifying the type and quantity of the desired products. The Buyer has the option to pay for the goods using the payment methods integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via email according to the order. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.
The Seller ensures delivery of the goods within 7 days from the receipt of payment, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by sending a withdrawal notice to the Seller. The Seller will send the withdrawal form to the Buyer via email upon the Buyer’s request.
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal notice. All costs related to returning the goods to the Seller are borne by the Buyer.
The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
-
the ordered goods by their nature cannot be returned, or they spoil quickly or are quickly consumed;
-
the ordered goods are made specifically for the Buyer based on an individual order;
-
the Buyer has unsealed the packaging of audio recordings, video recordings, or computer programs.
According to Article 12, Clause 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period." The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to deduct a compensation fee if the goods are damaged, treated carelessly during use, instructions are not followed, the original packaging is lost, or the packaging is significantly damaged.
Data Processing
By entering the required information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data provided will be used by the Seller to accept the Buyer’s order and deliver the goods in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer’s order will be sent to the specified email address.
